Paula Alzate

Professional with extensive experience in corporate law, business advice and asset management. He has led processes of negotiation of corporate agreements, drafting and review of commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and comprehensive legal advice on contractual and corporate matters.

She has more than 12 years of experience in corporate law that includes the management of complex legal projects, support for family-owned businesses in estate planning and conflict resolution through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. 
Paula is recognized for her strategic vision, which has allowed her to stand out in international rankings and hold leadership positions in corporate associations.
